In 2020 we sat with over 250 Senior Executives at well known organizations ranging from VIACOMCBS (now known as Paramount) to PepsiCo, who were looking for ways to better impact both society and their businesses bottom line through their strategy. However, we also found that these executives have been consistently been constrained by lack of visibility into cross functional processes that govern marketing success.
